Hi guys,

Today I'm going to be sharing some facts about sugar.

Did you know that daily amount of sugar you should be having is 6 teaspoons.

Also it is heather to eat a orange then a glass of orange juice.

3 ways to reduce eating so much sugar check the amount of sugar in the ingredients column on the packaging, taking care of how ,much sweets you eat, taking care of yourself.

3 impact for eating so much sugar is 1. stage 2 diabetes 2. heart disease 3. fat liver

    Next time you could use capitals letters after a full stop and maybe put an images.
