Yesterday we had market day were the public and a few other schools came to our school and brought some of our products.

In my group we made made Lip Balm and Lip Scrub. My group was made out of 4 people and we all were given a role in out company, Nici was our CEO she was in charge of everything she would make the final decisions , Tasharn was our Finance Manager where she was in charge of all the money, I was the Marketing Manager where I had to make everything look good like advertisement and Kirsty was the product manager were she was in charge of making the product.

Hurumanu 5

Hi guys,

Today I'm going to be sharing with you my highlights and what i have been doing in my Hurumanu 5 class.

What did you like?

I really liked playing heaps of games that made us all work together.

What did you enjoy the most?

Playing fat mat splat with Miss Tafou and Long ball with Mr Palmer.

Maths!

We had to start linking our PE with maths and that was the hard part but we got it done. One of the things we did was we did some skills then we had to times it and all this really hard stuff and we also measured things.

Hurumanu 5 Math/Pe

Hi guys,

In Hurumanu 5 we have been doing measurement we started off by going around the gym and measuring 5 things and then finding the area and perimeter. To find the area we had to for example say i want to find the area for a square i would measure every side to see how big it was and say it was 2cm on each side i would time the top measurement and the side and then i would have my area and its even easier for the perimeter u just add every side together.

We then started to do some skills in the gym like sit ups super man and heaps others we then had to make a table and how much we weight well we didnt put how much we weighed but yea then we times them together to get our total
